Leadership in Team Building

One of the keys of building a good team is to hire those that can do what you need done the way you would do it. You would do it, but you understand how to scale and that you cannot do everything yourself.

However, in an interesting juxtaposition, no one will ever do something exactly as you would. So you also need to build a relationship with your team such that you can accept their improvements or adjustments without overthinking them.

Leadership is having the ability to balance these two opposites.
